the tullibee bite should be on! i always fished in front of the beach in 35 fow. look for fish to be scattered from just beneath the ice and suspended. jigging spoons such as swedish pimples and northland forage, buckshot spoons, lindy flyers, and demon/frosty spoons all are good starters and fish calling lures, this time of year, you shouldnt need anything else. minnow heads from a fathead or waxi's and euro's are good tipping baits. just use extreme caution when venturing out on that lake, this time of year can be a real hairy experience, years ago, my dad used to be the last one out and found out why driving the f250 at the end of march was a bad idea! thank the big guy above it happened at the landing! and was able to drive out of it! lol!
May you have tight lines and good times, we'll see you on the water
