I have a couple questions for you

Do you leave your house on the ice when your not there. If so do you take your generator with you? Im sure alot of people would like one just like you have if you know what I mean?

What do you have in your house that run off the power your producing?

How many volts are you running in your house and how long does it take to charge your batteries on a average day?

I now most houses have a plug where you can plug in a generator and then charge your batteries. How is your setup working

Yes I leave it on the ice... no problems yet... they would have to apply the brake to get it down if its windy or they might be missing some ears or worse. Ill take it down if I am gone for a long time.

I have a TV, stereo, DVD, Satt, etc. your standard stuff... and the funace fan.

A lot of this is covered in the posts I had back on the link. The batterie(s) will basically never die... just charge one and move to the next when that dies the other is charged... (providing its blowing 5 mph on the lake- which is almost always)

It is pluged into the house and then to the batteries... just as described.

THE KEY is to get the proper welders wire!!! anything else and it will NOT last long.

How is it working... if the wind is blowing and I have propane and I am catching food... I can stay out indefinately ... i just keep charging the batteries... and switching them out. A battery for me lasts about 2 days. If the wind is blowing you can even have a dead battery just use it as a buffer and your electronics will still work. ... most important the heater fan.
