Does anyone have tips for hunting deer after the rut?

find food sources, the big boys need to put weight back on, it might take a day or two but the desire to eat will be too strong.

yup, keep your eyes open and hunt where the doe's are. this can be more exciting than the first go around.

I wouldn't be in the post rut scene yet. They are still cruising, while some are locked down. Post rut is still off aways. But during that time food, and does is where you will find me.

During the post-rut you will want to hunt REMOTE areas near a food source.
