You can get by with your walleye gear but make sure you have your drag set cause it will get a work out before that fish even thinks about coming out of the hole. Can't wait !

Damm right. Playing mean just gets you meaner. I like to think laker afficionados are the nice guys and gals of the fishing world.

P.S. -- I merged this thread with another thread on the same topic posted at the end of last laker season. So if this looks a little goofy, that's why.

GOOD LORD, that tank hasn't missed too many meals. Must make a number of trips to the buffet. Nice fish 2tps.

I wasn't going to bother with the pics of the monster smelt I caught. . If catching those would have been a payin' job I would have been a millionare... well maybe not quite but I would have had a little spare change.

There's some big 'uns in Lac LaCroix. Make sure you cut a big enough hole.
