I was unable to make it up to Mille Lacs this year for the fall walleye bite, and also due to storage constraints, had to put the boat away a few weeks ago (insert frown...)

Is there anywhere on the lake a guy could do some casting from shore, and potentially catch some walleyes, or am I past the prime shallow period?
