I have a Craftsman air comp. and the valve to let out moisture on the bottom leaks no matter what I do with it? Do they sell replacement valve "bolt thingies"?

Yes they do. I had to replace mine a few years ago. You should be able to put in the model # on their site and find out the part #.

Auto parts stores carry them as well.

take that valve completely out and get the lever shutoff type one. the screw in valves are junk, if you over tighten them once they are shot and leak. more tool stores should have them, they are chrome looking and have a black knob to open/close.

i replaced them on my older dewalt compressor, now the dewalt ones come standard with this better valve. if my description above was bad, check out a dewalt compressor and look at their valve.

Thanks guys! I stopped at Me na rd s and purchased the new valve for under $3.00. Works great and is better than the one the comp. came with.
