A buddie of mine who works part time at the shop told me sun they were closing doors. I went by on tue and the place was dark. If this is true that only leaves a very few places around town one can get decent minnows anymore.
The bite is what it is so make the best of it.

If it's true, that stinks. That's a tough location. How long has it been there?

tackle box is also still in business on cty 75 next to shooters saloon I thought they closed down. Every time I drove by there the past few months they were closed, and the one time I was able to shop there they had no power.

From talking with one of the owners of Monticello bait, they decided to close that shop to put it into the monticello shop. The woman who owns the build of corner-stop, is going to reopen it on a limited bases in order to sell the building and the buz.

Just in the other day. Got great minnows that are still lively today! Always fresh bait in my opinion, best i have found since i have moved to the area in August.

Was in Stoplight today and picked up a scoop of fat heads and had a look around. Minnows are a bit cheeper than the other places around town the tackle selection is a little limited right now but the stuf they have is priced to sell. I for one am glad they are still around.
The bite is what it is so make the best of it.
