What kind of oil does everyone use in your Strikemaster Strike-Lite auger. I have been using the oil that Strikemaster sells but am interested in finding out if there is maybe something better for them.

Thanks, Seth

Isn't the strike lite a 4 stroke and requires no engine oil?

4 strokes still require oil, it just isn't mixed with the gas.

It does require engine oil, there just isn't an oil/gas mix like a 2 stroke.

I use the strikemaster oil, but I would think any good synthetic would do the trick as well.

There should be more info in your manual.

I use the Strikemaster oil as well. Figured I may as well just stick with it.

The Amsoil Ow-Formula 4-Stroke 0W-40 is a very good choice for it, and cheaper in the long run by the quart.
